Waiter in room not very clean, very clean on the first day, took both a fool!

In the Sanya Bay, service is really good, suitable for a family holiday. stayed several times.

Family six freshman small travel, first days live of is with big terrace pool and tatami of room, fear elderly children live used so I and husband sleep of tatami, results night at 2 o'clock was not know what insect bite woke up, just came in on think mats is tide, didn't thought really of has insect. I top with two article riddled with of leg to requirements for room, results actually was front desk ignored, a drag again drag, even delay has I second days morning of trip, has been in helpless and angry in the kept coordination, eventually for hasRoom, but no one apologized, I swear I will never go to this hotel again!
