The world's first humanoid robot focusing on cross scene catering services has been released
Date: 2026-05-16
Recently, Jiuhao Commercial (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., with its embodied intelligent brand "Xiangke Intelligence", released the world's first humanoid robot "Nico" focusing on cross scenario catering services in the service robot section of the 139th China Import and Export Fair. With 12 types of full chain service capabilities from the kitchen to the front desk, it creates a new benchmark for cross scenario, highly flexible, and multi skilled spatial service intelligent agents, providing new momentum for the intelligent upgrading of commercial spaces such as catering and hotels.
Nico is jointly developed by Xiangke Intelligence based on core self-developed robotic arm operation technology and the all terrain mobility of Robot 9, focusing on the "cross scene service capability" of robots for large catering scenarios. The robot is 165 centimeters tall and designed based on the average height of Asian catering service personnel. It weighs less than 55 kilograms and supports trackless navigation, autonomous obstacle avoidance, and precise parking. In a hybrid mode (partially mobile+partially standby), it can continue sailing for 8 to 10 hours, covering almost one service shift without needing to be recharged in between. It is equipped with a 7-degree-of-freedom food grade robotic arm and a biomimetic robotic arm, integrating 12 core skills in intelligent agent interaction, cross scene service, and big brain collaboration. It focuses on the "cross scene service capability" of robots for large catering scenarios, and can seamlessly adapt to complex commercial environments such as restaurant kitchens, front halls, hotel rooms, and public corridors.
Chen Zhen, founder of Xiangke Intelligence, stated that the launch of Nico and catering full scenario solutions is an innovative exploration of the company's future development path of robot technology driven by embodied intelligence and large models. It attempts to integrate the scattered single point intelligence capabilities in the past commercial service scenarios into a full scenario service system, creating robot products that can truly land and create value, and helping more industry customers upgrade their innovative service experience.
